Citibank Appointed Successor Depositary by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for NYRS Program
February 5, 2004 – Citibank Depositary Receipt Services has been appointed successor depositary by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, one of the world’s leading passenger and cargo airlines headquartered at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, The Netherlands, for its New York Registry Share (NYRS) program. The NYRSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Each NYRS issued under the program represents one ordinary share
and trades under the NYSE symbol “KLM” (CUSIP # 482516
30 9). KLM’s ordinary shares trade on Euronext Amsterdam.
