Citi® Managed Identity Services provides clients the necessary security credentials and assurance framework in an end-to-end managed service to confidently transact in a variety of legally compliant ways. We have made the investment in a high-assurance platform that provides liability, dispute resolution and legal enforceability in comprehensive Registration and Certificate Authority services. Issuance is the cornerstone of Citi's suite of services providing the foundation of assurance through proofing, credentialing and life-cycle management of digital identities.

Working with standard rule sets – such as IdenTrust and SAFETM (Signatures and Authentication For Everyone) – Citi is providing comprehensive digital credential issuance and full lifecycle management services. Additionally, Citi offers several options for Registration and access to the Issuance Services – suitable to the client's current environment. Issuance Services Citi's core service offering is the issuance of high-assurance digital credentials on smart cards or USB tokens, as well as life-cycle processes, such as Suspension, Revocation and Renewal. The service enforces a rigid set of identity proofing rules, whether for IdenTrust or SAFETM credentials, required for legal and regulatory compliance.
