Citibank® Incoming Transfers enables you to take advantage of direct inflows into your account, electronically or manually. You simply instruct your customers to credit your account using an agreed-upon reference, such as an invoice or client number.

For electronic inflows, funds reach your account via payments initiated by your customers from their personal computers. For manual inflows, your customers can instruct their own banks, within the country or abroad, to make a transfer directly into your account.
