Investortrax™ Security - Firewall

Investortrax™ uses a firewall as an added security feature. The firewall acts as a barrier between the internal computer (or web host) and the external computer (your PC), allowing the flow of information between the two.

A computer outside the firewall (as in the case of a home PC) must first communicate with the firewall. Only then does the firewall pass the acceptable information to the internal computer. This two-step electronic communication process protects the web site from unauthourized access.
