Unitrax^® - Application Service Provider (ASP)

The Applications Service Provider (ASP) option lets you access and use Unitrax® software without incurring a capital investment in hardware.

You pay a monthly fee for the use of and support for Unitrax®. All your data and server storage reside in our computer facilities, where we operate three large enterprise servers dedicated to running clients’ Unitrax environments.

You gain high-speed access to the Unitrax environment through a dedicated communications line, so you can operate your business remotely.

As part of the ASP package, Citi provides ongoing support and maintenance for the Unitrax technology. This ensures industry compliance and the latest software version. Citi is also responsible for backups and disaster recovery.

The ASP option is a scalable solution that enables you to focus on your core business.
