GIC & DII Module - Promotional Rates

Examples of the GIC & DII Module’s promotional rate criteria are:

• Investors over age 64 receive a 0.5% higher rate than the regular rate
• Deposits over $100,000 receive 7.5% over a five-year term
• Deposits issued in February of a specific year receive a 0.25% over the base rate
• Deposits maturing in August of a specific year receive 6% for a one-year term
