WorldLink® Web Reporting
To Register for the System or Add New Users:
The process for registering for the Online Reporting System has changed. This process is now handled as part of the standard implementation of WorldLink® Payment Services clients.. If you are an existing WorldLink® Client and have not been previously set-up on the Online Reporting System, please contact your Customer Service Representative to complete the set-up on your behalf. The standard turnaround time for setting up a new client on Online Reporting is 48 hours after receipt of the request.
To add new users to an existing set-up please contact your Customer Service Representative to complete this on your behalf. The standard turnaround time for setting up additional users is 48 hours once the request has been submitted.
Request a Password Reset
The process for requesting a password reset for WorldLink® Online Reporting has changed. Your Customer Service or Electronic Banking Support Representative will now complete this request on your behalf. Please contact either your Customer Service Representative or your Electronic Banking Support desk to process your request. The standard turnaround for completing password reset requests once submitted is 24 hours.
